FAQs
How does the free move-in trailer work?

We have different sized trailers.  They must be reserved in advance.  Keep in mind the last week of the month gets booked quickly.  A $20 deposit will reserve the trailer for the date you wish to move.  The balance of the one month's rent must be paid 24 hours before we dispatch the driver and the trailer.  We deliver and park the trailer at your address in the morning.  We go back and get it by lunch time or if you call and are done earlier.  You follow the trailer back ot the self-storage and move your items into the unit that has been assigned.  This service is available free within the city limits.

How high are the celings?

Each unit has 8' ceilings.

What type of doors?

The units have roll up doors.

What kind of access do I have?

You have 24-hour access, seven days per week, including holidays.

When is rent due?

Just like apartment rental, rent is due on the 1st of each month.  We have a grace period of 10 days for monthly rent.  A late penalty will be applied if the account has an outstanding balance after that date.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, debit, Visa and MasterCard.

Will I be billed each term ?

No.  We do not send out a bill.  We can send out payment receipts if you have chosen to have automatic payments put through your credit card.

Do I have to give notice to move out?

No, we would appreciate it if you have a rough idea of when you are going to vacate.  This is a courtesy for those clients possibly waiting to move in your sized unit.

What do I do with my padlock?

You have purchased the lock, it is yours to take when you vacate.  If you vacate when we are not in the office, remove the lock and pull the door down.  You will pay for the unit as long as the lock is on the door.  We check the units daily, including holidays and weekends.
